Let's Celebrate

It's raining outside today so I'm in my crafting space making cards. I just finished this one and thought I would share it with you. The burgundy card base is SU cardstock and the DP is by K & Co. Tilda with balloon is colored with Copics: skin...E00, E000, chalk for blush.....hair....E55, E53, E51, E50.......dress, bow, socks.....R43, R81, R83, R85......shoes......E44, E55....balloon....R59. Stickles was added to trim on dress, 3D Crystal Lacquer on balloon and white dots to dress, cheeks and bow with a Signo white pen.

I cut the image with a Nestabilities Label #14,  leaves/Foliage die, branch/MS, eyelet by SU,  tag/ Magnolia, retro flower/ EK Success. The silk flowers are from my stash that I added a brad, pearl,Prima pink flower............ and ribbon to the tag.
